Thank you for visiting and shopping at LM JEWELER'S. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping to all addresses in the United States. Your order will be delivered within 7-8 business days from the date of shipment.

Insurance

All orders with a total value of $500 or more are automatically insured at no additional cost to you. This insurance protects your purchase during transit against loss, theft, or damage.

For orders under $500, insurance is not automatically included but may be available upon request. Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LM JEWELER'S is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LM JEWELER'S is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For insured orders ($500 or more), we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. For uninsured orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
